Planning application submitted for plots WV02 and WV06

Taylor Wimpey has submitted a planning application (S/RES/11/1384) for housing parcels WV02 & WV06. These are at the current north west corner of East Wichel, north of Arnhill Road and west of Offerton Road and Nunwick Way. At the time of writing, the application is incomplete on the council website, with only the planning layout — which shows the positions of roads and house plots on the parcels — and location plan available. Any comments should be submitted to the council by 7 November. Comments can be submitted online from the planning application page.
