The Bayberry set for £¼ million autumn makeover

Staff at The Bayberry in East Wichel told pub-goers yesterday evening that the pub is set for a revamp this autumn. Marston’s will be spending almost £250,000 on the refurbishment. The pub will lose its ‘Two for One’ branding and gain a pool table and darts board. The complete makeover will also include an extension to the beer garden and new toilets.

Current plans are for the pub to close for several weeks from October to allow the changes to be made.
