Police appeal for witnesses to dog attack

Wiltshire police have called for any witnesses to an attack by a dog near the lakes at East Wichel to contact them. The attack, in which one dog is reported to have attacked another dog, happened at about 8.35 am on Saturday 1 August. Police would like to speak to the owner of a black Pit Bull Terrier or Staffordshire Bull Terrier called Marley. This dog was reportedly being walked by a white male in his 30s, of slim build with short brown hair, and wearing glasses, a grey t shirt and blue shorts.

Anyone with information that can identify the owner of the dog is asked to contact Wiltshire Police on 101 quoting Wiltshire Police Occurrence number 54150069353.
