Seethelight are offering help with:
How best to optimise you wifi and get the most out of your speeds;
Equipment trouble shooting;
Billing and accounts;
Checking you have the latest equipment;
If you don’t have the latest router, they will offer to upgrade and install one for you;
Arrange for an engineer home visit with you if they can’t resolve issues at the surgery.
